Get some sound-deadening foam, the side panels and top panel make a little bit of vibrating noise, most likely from one or more of my hard drives.
I painted the side of mine with that white rubber stuff that is used on metal roofs. It is sort of like a rubber band when it dries. It works well but it may be a bit of over kill since it is pricey. I just happened to have some left over when I built mine.
