Can anyone confirm this or replicate this? I was gonna go out and buy a 240 for budget purposes (to replace my 5000+ Black Edition), but held off. Now I think I have a good reason to.(ASRock 780G/SB710 motherboard to boot!)
any updates? is this just ecs board specific?
It also works on ASRock motherboards. But it stops working after some time and you need to play with ACC again.

I have this ECS Ultra, but here I am having difficulty to unlock the Opteron 1300, it kept insisting several times in the BIOS to unlock and when I can, I raise the multiplier except the BIOS changes, but when the PC restarts not the video, anyone know what can be?
BTW guys all ASRock boards are manufactured by ECS...part of the ASUS/ECS spinoff rumo(u)r...
it seems ECS made boards are the only ones allowing this?
Smile
So only ECS boards can do this? I have an Athlon II x2 245 next to me for reviewing on my motherboard in signature, can I unlock the multiplier?
