Thread: i7 Computer Boot Issue

    what i was talking about is if you actually have to power down the psu first. as if the computer just shuts off you cant power it back up at all. in that case by cutting power to the psu things in a way get reset and allow the short powerup.

    im not sure if it is possible to run 1T on i7, though i have never looked into that for ram.

    not sure if your joking, DDR3-1066 with 1.7v.... might try DDR3-1066@1.5v@9-9-9-28 timings.

    Im completely serious about the RAM, I put it up to 1.85 volts and it POSTed but then locked up... about 15 seconds later it shut off....

    I will try the laxer timings.

    The UD4P is the F7 BIOS btw....

    The 920 is a C0....

    Yea if its running at 1066 1.7 should be plenty.
    Check your divider and make sure its not set to something stupid.
