Having stripped my HAF down today, to make way for my new build http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...d.php?t=232515

I have the Enermax Rev 1050w psu, and am planning on individually sleeving all the cables. The PCI-e cables that come directly out are 6 + 2, what is the best way to hide the 2 unwanted cables? I can see removing the connectors, but one is still going to have too much cable.

With the modular 6+2, is it OK to just remove the 2 extra wires?

Next up is the front audio connector, only need the HD part, so once again is it OK to remove the non HD connector?
