    next month is the official race hehehe

    so i flashed to F4D bios and i can get turbo working with 22x but not lower multies which is ok i guess

    here is what the board spits out in 32M SuperPi at 5GHz with stock timings with some Kingstons i have here

    i am still on SS cooling

    WHAT? 7min 31.219s at 5GHz. Nice, either you found a sweet config or Gigabyte got tired of always being slow in SPi. Yes I see you're running some really nice RAM config but still...

    F4D bios seems to be pretty sweet.

    Seems like sub 7 min would be possible on a cascade with P55. 8xx series really look to be rather benching friendly, not any slower than 9xx and pair it with some nice future dual channel (2300+ ) kit and you may find slight advantage for benchmarks like this.

    Hey can someone tell me if you don''t overclock their 1156 rig and have turbo mode on and start benchmarking and doing tasks what speed does cpu-z report on average?
