That´s not support, thats RMA handling, you can consider that as part of support, tough I don´t think that automated-RMA system is "support". And as you pointed out .. no-question asked, guess what? Cause they don´t care about answers, they don´t care about anything except money. They won´t try to figure whats wrong.. maybe if it will be same fault for like 100.000 ppl, than maybe.. They will simply give you same product, I guess they throw or recycle that yours, and it ends.. do you think its good way to handle this?

For me, support consist of frequently updated BIOS files/fixes and that fact, that if you ask manufacturer something reasonable, you´ll get reasonable answer.. have you ever seen some ASUS representative here? Or everywhere? I did not.

And yes I´m not unbiased, I hate ASUS so much, that I would really love to see this whole company wiped from face of Earth.

Unlike Foxconn that expected people to send all dead boards to newegg from the USA you call that support?

Even have had ASUS call me in the past about a video card that died saying they didn't make those anymore and asked if a newer more upgraded model was ok. I thought it would be just card, was wrong, full retail box.

i contacted foxconn support about my bloodrage and they were ready to take it back but i brought the classified in between and the problem persisted so i said to cancel the rma. i see lots of talks but not so much real experiences. The people i talked to made me tried a few things, that was expected and when everything cam negative they accept to replace their product. no problem with foxconn support with my one experiences that was about 2 weeks ago.

yeah there are better boards for dualcores, BO rocks for quads on ln2 and subzero though from what i heard from quite some people...

i doubt this petition will make a diference guys... forwarded it to foxconn tho, maybe itll put some pressure on them...
