do u really need 1.35v of cpu voltage? i managed 4ghz on 1.21v on my D0...
try starting off from 1.25v and backing down...

I did on my last chip so I just started out using what worked before. I think you have a good point. When I get home later I will drop the voltage and see if that helps.

It was a CO. So the CO requires higher voltage?
I droped the voltage to 1.3 and the temps came down a few degrees. I am now going to drop it further and play with the multi Etc.

OK, the voltage reduction did help, Thanks for the suggestion. Here are my results so far:
No new cooler yet but I have made some progress by lowering the CPU voltage. Aparently my DO step does not need as much voltage to remain stable as my CO and it runs hotter with equal voltage. Let me give you some numbers. These are with no load but OCed to 3.6

I ran a quick 10 min of Prime 95 with each of them and the temps droped there also. At 1.21 however my OC failed so I then want back to 1.22.
At 100% load my temps at 1.22V were 66 64 68 60
So, all in all progress on the temp front. This DO does act differently than my CO. I am going to get a tower cooler over the weekend and see if that drops the temps a few more degrees. In the meantime it is my goal to get to 3.8 to 4.0 stable on air. I have a lot more to learn and more tweaking to do.
