Juan Jose Guerrero from Asus has released beta bios 0001 for the Asus P6T6 WS Revolution. It is dated August 14, 2009 and should fix turbo throttling issues.
Asus does not intend to release this special bios through their website.

i7 Turbo has been updated to version 6.5 and is the most accurate way to monitor that your CPU multiplier on your Core i7-920 is locked on 21.000 like it should be at full load when Turbo is engaged. Avoid using HW Monitor, Everest and RealTemp 3.00 when testing. CPU-Z and RealTemp 3.30 or Core Temp 0.99.5 should be fine.
