Ok. After a long session of tests i could see that with 6 gb it's stable @ 2.8ghz, but if i increase the cpu frequency it's not anymore. No problems with 4gb. Going to RMA, i have to kill it before

the new 07 bios is good
solved running 205 dram at 2050 C7 and 210 dram at 2100 C7
