You don't have to sign up and they keep images on their servers for a long, long time. Perfect for forum posts.
Just put the big link it gives you in between some tags like this:
{img}http://img193.imageshack.us/img193/6979/500mhz.png{/url}
Change the {} brackets to some of these [] and it will show up fine in a post.
