I think this is the worst motherboard of all time lol. Everywhere i turn i read something bad about it, MSI is garbage in general for motherboards from what i have read and seen.

I got my board back today. No, it wasn't RMAed. It just went back to the seller who still needed to review it. I flashed with the .1b1 BIOS and it seems to run good so far. It is OCed to 21x205 right now. Trying to run OCCPT to stress it.

I think there's an incompatibility issue using this board with 6GB OCZ 1600 Platinum memory. I tried one kit before, wasn't able to stabilize it even at stock speed running 1066, 1333 and 1600with a 9-9-9-24 timing (this memory is rated to run at 1600 @7-7-7-24 with 1.65V). Tried it with different BIOS. Tried it with Auto and Manual. I think that kit was bad, I RMAed it, got a new kit in, tried that kit, same problem. With the same setting, I tried Corsair 1600 kit and it runs perfect whether OCed or stock. My conclusion: Don't mix these together or you will not have a good ending. Try something else.

With a 1.45v vcore and 21x225, I managed to boot to Windows and got a CPU-Z Validation screenshot, but it's not stable.

I took off the fancy heatsink covers of both the IOH and SB/NF200 chipset and moved the video card down to the second PCI-E x16 and drilled two holes on somewhat square dowl (wooden stick), screwed a 92mm fan to it, and aim it directly above the IOH and SB/NF200 chipset heatsink...this helps with cooling the two heatsinks tremendously. If anyone wants a picture, please let me know and I will try to take one or two for you.

I can email them to you if you would PM me your email address. I have to find out where the files are, though. There are a few versions. Just got the latest 1.1B2 from a friend somewhere in Germany.

Just wanna rank my frustrations here. It's horrible news. My RMA came back from MSI and they sent back my board unrepaired/untouched. There is only a written note on a piece of paper saying "Sample board." It's still as dead when I sent it in. I'm absolutely going nuts right now. The seller is not answering any PM or voicemails I left for him so far. Just wrote him and email and left another PM. I'm at a complete loss right now.
