"I think Biostar has figured out how to run 300BCLK, they can now buy our board in retail stores"

    Uh-oh!

No kidding, I was about to hang up the thermos. This mid range stuff looks like it might be fun. I really really hope so.

very impressive... but thats just ss stable and on ln2 with a low multi... so thats comparable to the 25x bclock suicide runs on 1366...
which means a 20mhz higher bclock... so its not such a big diference after all... since qpi is used between two parts of the cpu on lynnfield, it makes sense that we can get higher bclocks...

im curious if we will see a 20mhz bclock boost with stable air results as well, that would be sweet!
wed be at around 240-250 bclock stable on air then...

is it a big difference between air and water (max. BCLK)?

max. BCLK with my i5-750 is 228Mhz on air (with 229Mhz can i boot but freeze @ windows screen)

    i get tomorrow 2 i7-860, i hope they can do more ^^

I think no , here i used watercooled because fix are already placed for ln2

IT depends also of cpu ... got 5 870 , there is 10Mhz bclock difference between best one and poor one, and a poor 750 (229 on air too and not tested yet under cold) !
