I've tried with pin4 to ground on ADP3193A but no effect at all.

According to datasheet we have to focus on pins 24 to 31 (VID7 to VID0)

changing the vid inputs will let you select voltage from a table, the more common approach is to pull down the fb pin towards gnd so you can attach a variable resistor and turn it to whatever voltage you want

I've already tried it with FB pin to ground but it was acting strange.
Voltage increased for about a second when I turned the power on and after that it jumped back to stock voltage.
