since the speed of those fans is controled via a thermal probe sensor specs says 700RPM@25C and 1700RPM@55C is there a way to bypass the thermal sensor so they can run at full speed all the time ?
right now they only run at 750 RPM @ room temp but i have fill up a cup of hot water & they crank up to 1650RPM if i cut the thermal probe and join both wire together do you think this will make thems running at full speed
or do i have to install a resistor to foul the temp built in ?

thx !
If they use thermal resistor/probe (small resistor that looks like a LED) to control the fan speed, then you can wire the 2 pins of the resistor together and there you go, full speed at all times, unwire it and everything is back to normal. I've tried with my Nidec BETA V fan.
