Well when I was younger (like 10) my dad used to let me shift his Ford Bronco which is about as far as my stick driving has gone unfortunately. My mom doesnt know how to drive a stick and she doesnt want to learn, so that is the reason all our cars have automatics. However, my dad said we will be renting a stick car sometime soon so that my brother and I can learn on a rent a car instead of a 2010 Mustang GT or 2010 Camaro SS. I will have to check if the Mustang we tested had the Track option. It was a 2010 Mustang GT Premium, so I think it was fully loaded.
Nice.
I remember doing that in my dad's (now mine) 1989 F150 with an M5OD 5speed.
If it was the premium it should have the track pack, but who knows what the lazy dealer morons ordered on that car. Thats why I always like to personally custom order a new vehicle.

get a nice strutbar and lower them about an inch and half, and both will be pulling something like .95. the 370z and cayman both have lower centers of gravity to help them.

Thats a nice VW
really like that color
any mods under the hood?
If I was to guess before he replies, if it has any mods at all, it probably has been APR chipped. I haven't seen a sporty VW or Audi that hasn't been APR chipped yet

My family just went on a 700 mile road trip with our BMW X5. After 6 years of ownership, we still cannot think about driving without it.
I second that!
I used to think of BMW owners as uptight think-they're-so-cool deuche bags. And then I bought one. A 20 year old, 2000 euro, 5 series that is so cool to drive I would have a hard time replacing it with a more expensive new car. I like it so much and the maintenance costs are really small (about the same as my brother's Renault Clio Symbol).
I don't like the look of the new cars. I REALLY don't like the suvs, but they are great driving machines.
Generalizations are, in general, wrong.
My brother got a hold of new US GTI 2009, ~200hp turbocharged, it does only ~20mpg! It needs few mods e.g. ecu flash/exhaust/intake badly, it feels very sluggish.

This is my first post over here, I go y the same name on TPU, anyways here's my wheels.
And here's a exhaust clip
It's a 99 Grand Prix GTX with a F1 Hood, L32 + Gen V M90 swap from an 04, S1X cam, TOG's headers, 3.5" SC Pulley, 3" DP, SLP Catback, Chipped, MSD Wires, Fenderwell Intake, HD Swaybars + End Links, Coilovers, and a bunch of gauges + other things inside.
We damn near pulled the trigger on a G37 AWD sedan but I let the girl make the decision. Drove the A4, G37, 328i and IS250. Drove the G37 and 328i again.
328i x-drive it is then. Silver on black, everything but nav, which we specifically did not want. Smart woman.I'll have to get some pics up in the next couple days.
She was never a "car person" prior to this, having driven Camrys, Subarus, Accords, etc. Now she babbles on constantly about the Bimmer.
That's her ride, and mine on the weekends. I drive a desert sand '99 Jeep Cherokee Sport with 108k because I need the towing capacity for work. It's my third Cherokee so far...enough fun to drive, bombproof, I can beat the tar out of it and it's great in crap weather.

'09 BMW 328i xDrive - titanium silver on black, steptronic auto (), premium, cold weather, ipod/smartphone integration, active cruise control, adaptive Xenon headlights and NO IDRIVE. We couldn't find a car with those specific features plus the Sport package but without iDrive, which neither of us wanted to pay for.
'99 Jeep Cherokee Sport (desert sand) w/109k. SelectTrac auto, tan cloth, the usual stuff like cruise and the overhead console. somebody stuffed a nice aftermarket Pioneer detachable-face deck in there but I *think* the speakers are stock (too lazy to look). I need that bad boy for work, otherwise I'd probably grab an older M3 or even a newer Focus/Civic/etc. and go crazy on the mods. That's my third Cherokee total, and my second '99 Sport.
Don't laugh at my poor driveway. It's getting replaced soon.Had to finish the backyard patio first...hence the tarp in front of the Jeep.
