    What FSB were you running to get them to stock 600 MHz?

    I ask, because Memtest86+ will fail if things like NB voltage/GTLs are off, or FSB isn't stable.

    If you were running like 500 FSB, is it absolutely stable there?

    Until you FIRST figure your correct MCH Reference ALL you ram will end up on RMA when the real problem is you have wrong settings.

    Doesn't matter if it's in stock or ocied, even if you run on Bios Default you will always get errors if MCh Ref is off.

    Don't RMA the ram they are fine...
