    its just some thing many users face , i think 4890/4870 crossfire has this symptom, sometimes it felt like too cold or too high cpu frequency,m but doest explain why nvidia cards dont exhibit this

    I only get this problem when I use eleet profiles to fix cpu speed.. (the not steady fps)

    max it can do is 5280Mhz uncore thru 06.. 24x wont work at 5.3Ghz cpu speed
