    hey,

    since ShArKo insvited me here

My cable managment is not an exemple I think. it looks great inside the case, but as usual it's harder to keep it clean behind the right panel
I actually used cable extensions: other than the crapy 24pin CM gives you!! can someone tells me why we get a cheap 10cm long extension ??? it would look so much better with 20cm : you wouldn't see the connectors!!!
anyway, I bought several 24pin and 8pin, and only kept the black cables! ... instead of sleeving them!

    here's my Cosmos S:

Welcome josk1!!! Jejeje Welcome to the thread of Cosmos!!! (I sound like a fortune taler) lol.
Well, the cable managment in my Cosmos S was hard to build, because I got so many cables and some of those are to short.
Maybe later I will update a photo with the cable managment.

josk1 your cosmos S looks great Congratulations

Hm, today Im going to buy some clips for the cables so I can finish with all the connections and post some photos. The machine is with the stock cooling, but in a week or two a nice Prolimatech is arriving, anyway, I will do the cable management and stick the photos today.

joks1, your Cosmos is orgasmic! I really love the black-red combination, it looks perfect! Right now I have blue cathods, but when the Classi arrives, I will work with the same color combination. How much it cost the Black Cosmos?

    costed me 150€ (that'll be about 200$)
but I'm sure you can get it cheaper... the only painter I know couldn't do it so I had to ask some "unknown" other professionnal!

    Si, zapato!

Hm, quite a number, but it looks really great, so is a amazing way of spending some money! The finish and the details of the BloodRage logo are outstanding!

One question josk1... Why did you put the output current of the wc of the vga up? I mean... It wouldnt be better if you put the output hose down?

My Cosmos 1000 came in on Monday, and I painted the interior that same night....

I wanted to keep the side panel pull tabs silver, so I taped them up, but the tape on the right side came loose a bit and blocked some paint. It doesnt bother me too much, so its all good.

doesn't really matter since the water flow has to make ŕ 90° turn anyway!! it mostly depends on were you want your tubing to go!! I needed it to go about the same hight to the right and since it looked best to me this way (i like the many loops coming "together" close to the CPU )

just thought about that: if you meant going down to the pump to help the flow... there's no need in a closed watercooling system! kinda hard to explain it in english, but it goes as easy up as it goes down as long as the system's closed!

I painted myself the first case (a CM690)... 'was a lot cheaper than the professionnal painting, but you gotta be very carefull when installing your stuff inside... because the painting isn't strong enough to resist shox!

but it looks really great!!! mine was kinda crapy

Ah! Yeah, I was telling that for the flow, but now that you mention it, it seems is the same. Also with that pump you can do wathever you want xD. By the way, what temps are you getting?

When I arrive home I will charge the cam, take some shots and post the pics, it dont look perfect but well, I made the ruting in a very short time, when I get the Classi I will remake it with more time.

josk1, wath batch of 920 do you have? 3844A or something more late?

    I have a D0 batch 3851A286
works fine, but it's a bit more sensitive than the C0 I had before... goes higher though! 4,5GHz was the limit, now it's 4,63
with standard bureautic work I usually don't get higher than 40°C @ 4GHz 24/7... 50 in games, and I'd say something like 60 max under load!

yeah I'm glad with this! first I had this set up in a CM690... could vent my radiators correctly and I wouldn't get lower then 45°C idle (50 most of the time, and as soon as I played collin mcrae it would climb over 65!!!
that was my best argument I used to convince my wife I had to change the case ... and it worked! No really I4m very happy with the Comos S. the best case I've had so far!

People, here are some photos. The BlackOps, the Tracers and the C2D is going to be replace by a Classi, Dominators GT and a nice 920 D0, I will continue working with the cable management when I get all the new parts and going to paint the interior and some exterior parts, obviusly in black.

Yeah I know that josk Those blue light cathods are going to fly over something else. Maybe I will but some UV reactive cathods inside when the WC is in it, with a red uv reactive non-corrosive liquid, but that i will figure out later, first of all the hardware, then the modding and the lights :p

'cause mine doesn't and I don't wanna open the whole thing and realize it's not supposed to
