I was also posting in the retailers forum when I saw your post there.
I have posted my part and serial number there and it is the same part number as the other poster photo.
I hope the retailer can sort this but to be honest I have asked for a refund so that I may purchase a D5 vario and T3 RES elsewhere.
It's a great res and you should be congratulated on designing what is an amazing addition to the world of watercooling.
