Patriot Viper Series DDR2 2x1GB PC2-9600 5-5-5-12 on GA-X48-DQ6

Hey, guys Im looking at upgrading memory, i was looking at Patriot Extreme Performance Viper Series DDR2 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC2-9600 Enhanced Latency DIMM Kit(PVS22G9600ELKN). I was going to get two of these kits so i will have 4 sticks of 1gb RAM, but when i was serching this forum i found that in certain insatnces people couldn't get to stock settings on Asus Maximus and Rampage Formula's, My system specs are:
MB: GA-X48-DQ6
Cpu: Q6700 at 2.67Ghz (stock)
Memory: Patriot Extreme Performance Viper Series DDR2 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC2-9600 Enhanced Latency DIMM Kit 5-5-5-12, x2
GPU: 2, HD 4850's in crossfire, OC'd(60%)
The MB memory speed is goes to 1200Mhz which is what the RAM is at. but since people are having trouble reaching these settings.
To adress this problem I have asked Patriot memory service to no anvil, "since there are so many MB's on the market we have not tested them all," which included mine, So they said that i should contact my Motherboard provider about this issue, and that the RAM runs at 2.3V. So i contacted My MB provider and they said there is so many memory modules on the market that they cannot test all of them and they suggested that if possible before I purcase the product that i test the memory on my system. Which is HIGHLY unlikely becuase it looks like I will need to get them mailed/shipped.
Additional info: my operating system is 64 bit, I need all 4gb of that memory i dont need anymore than 4gb becuase by the time i need more than 4gb ill be on an i7 with DDR3. So will This RAM run on my System on the stock specs(all 4 sticks, at 1200 Mhz, at 5-5-5-12)

ok Guys Im looking at P I G.SKILL DDR2 PC2 9600 CL5 4GB(2x2) kit 5-5-5-15 at 2.1V, or meaby the new T D G.SKILL DDR2 PC2 9600 4GB kit (low voltage: 1.8v), with this i am keeping my mb, but i think ill b upgrading my cpu from the Q6700 to the Q9650, also should i get a cheap aftermarket cpu cooler? im looking at spending around no more than $55(AUS) on a cooler becuase i dont need anything too fancy. Which out of the RAM should i get and should i get a cpu cooler, and if so what would you recommend...the reson im not looking at the OCZ is because all there PC2-9600's dont have as good latency..

Cooler wise a Ximatek 128 would be nice if ya have the room or a SilentX 120.

Yeh The tD Gskill 1200Mhz looks awsorm.....but i cant find anywhere in Australia that sells the 1200Mhz vs...theres a 1066mhz TD at MSY but no 1200mhz....any tips for how to get my hands on some Pc2_9600 5-5-5-15 Ram?? has 2 b 4 gb(2 *2gb)
