Tried 2x512MB Corsair BH-5, they'll only do 215MHz, even with 3,4V they won't do more on that board.

Now I'm using 2x256MB Mushkin Level II at 3,1V 245MHZ 2-2-2-6. (did not try 2-2-2-5 yet)
