I've found that this is a fantastic guide on overclocking Phenom IIs.

That Guide is priceless....Its based on DDR2

Ive even clocked my 550 to 4160mhz x4core using simalar steps.

Thats one of the best guides ive seen in while..

Now we just need one for DDr3 dividers lol.
