    Of course the review is about coolers... everyone knows how much an i7 sample is hot... so that's better to use "low" frequencies, imho. That's not an high-end liquid cooling system that can manage high vcores and frequencies. Furthermore a D0 sample @ 1,1x V is hotter than a C0 sample @ 1,3xV

    D0 runs hotter because it's a 130w part @ lower vcore = more amps being pushed through the CPU?

    Well, this was expected. Not a miracle but performing well for its price.

    I think the cause is into the D0 "architecture". I think that Intel said "Ok, now let's prefer higher OC at lower vcore RATHER THAN the heat".
