I should leave around 15h from Paris and came back sunday, around 15h...I got this information today, but it's not confirmed yet. No more information about hotel, airline company or whatever !

Agenda:

Thurday, 16th July:
3-7pm: Arrival and Check-In for the OC teams and media representatives.
Shuttle Bus transport from the airport to the hotel
8pm: Welcome drink at the hotel
8:30 - 11pm: Dinner and drinks at the hotel restaurant
After 11pm: Last preparations for OC team before the event 

Friday, 17th July:
9:45am: Shuttle transport from the hotel to the event location
(Olympia Stadium in Munich)
10am - 1pm: Opening ceremony and technical presentations
1pm: Start of MOA 2009 EU Final competition Day 1
1pm – 3pm: Lunch buffet
6pm: End of MOA 2009 EU Final competition Day 1
6:15pm: Olympic stadium roof tour
7:30pm: Shuttle to the hotel
8pm: Meeting in the hotel lobby. Short “walk” to the Beer garden to have typical Munich food and drinks

Saturday, 18th July:
9:45am: Shuttle transport from the hotel to the event location
10am: Start of MOA 2009 EU Final competition Day 2
1pm - 3pm: Buffet lunch
5pm: Start of MOA 2009 EU Final competition Day 2
Collection of final benchmark results
5:30pm: Shuttle to the hotel and a short time to refresh in the hotel
6:30pm: Shuttle to the Olympic Tower for dinner
7pm - 11pm: Award ceremony at the top of the Olympic Tower with dinner

Sunday, 19th July:
9 - 12am: Departure and Check-Out. Shuttle to Munich airport

Well... I haven't received anything! Great organisation. I'm trying to reach my "contact" but she's always on the phone. What's the use of a contact when you can't reach them. I need flight details! Maybe we get the flight tickets in Munich, and we really need to cycle to Munich.

I just spoke to my contact, she said the tickets were booked already and they are busy with making a list which will be sent to us asap. Hardware will be here this friday, so i hope everything will be ok for the finals.

Don´t worry last year we know when we have fly 2 days before competition, so you have more than 6 days to know how you will fly

We also got some requests for the volt mods of the system, you can find it attached for the N260GTX Lightning. For the Eclipse SLI volt mods are not needed. Our defaults values go so high that it would be dangerous to get them any higher. Attached you will find voltage measure points and one mod to give you a more stable system with high end 2000Mhz memory.

Yahoo in this mail i have thi too, this Vmod on GTX260 is soo easy, not as on GTX285 Super Pipe

but we have finaly today this too

I tore my Eclipse SLI out of the box and installed it for the hell of it... It actually works pretty well, I wasn't expecting it to almost impress me, to be honest. If you don't have any rush to set BIOS settings (as you will do during the competition) it's a pretty nice board. I wish you all the best of luck with it.

So, there's no datasheet for the PWM controller so it'll be tricky if you need more than 1.4 volts.

I received the cpu and gfx today, so everything has arrived
