This only indicates that retails OC better than engineering samples. For pi etc there are tweaks/other non-CPU related factors that play a bg role. CPUZ validations is purely about the frequencies the CPU can run at, so that's the right rank to look at. And it says... Coolalers retail is 360 (!) MHz better than the best ES.
