Yup. All with a dremel.

It's called:

MultiPro Variable Speed Rotary Tool Model 395

So if you just ask for Dremel Model 395 you'll get the right one.

As for the bit, I used just the normal discs that came with the tool. Not the fiberglass reinforced one as it took way too long to cut through the metal and it was too big anyway.

It was about $80AU and came with all these neat accessories and stuff.
