    Hey thanks Chew for the quick reply!
    I cant gain stability with higher NBspeeds, I can hit 2600+ with +.250v cpuNB VId but I dont see that much of performance gain and it also fails the prime95.
    My Rig;
    Cpu: I7 D0 @4.2ghz w 1.248v batch#3931A
    Motherboard: GA-UD3R
    Memory: 3x2GB OCZ Plats. 7-7-7-24@ 1600 mhz
    Gpu: Sapphire 5850 @1000/1250 w 1.2v
    Cooling: Megahelem w Ultra Kaze 2000rpm
    Psu and Case: CM Real Power Pro 750W and CM690 case
    OS: Win 7 Pro 64bit

    Have you tried a tad higher? some chips need .275 for 2600 even .300. Might be safe if the temps are within reason.

    usually the max I go is around +.250v but I will give a try again with higher voltage. Do I watch the NB temps or the CPU ?

    If your temps are good the 720 can handle 1.4v -1.45v on the NB no problem.

    Matter of fact i needed +.250 for 2600mhz on mine on water.

    On Air you may need .025v maybe more ..


    CHEW is right on when it comes to what chips like.
