XFX HD 4890 Black Edition: OC-Lock over 1.066 MHz GPU-Clock??

    Hello

i have two XFX 4890 BE with 1.000 MHz GPU-Clock default.

But there is a little problem: i canīt go over 1066 MHz GPU

1066 is benchstable with 1.38 Volt
If i set 1067 and more the cards crash immediately. no 3D-Load.
I test 1.45 volt, but no chance.

    I tested each card separate.
    ATI Catalyst 9.5 and 9.6
    Rivatuner and other programs.
Aircooling and water, but no chance.

Some other people with the XFX BE have this problem too.

    Is it a hardware lock?
    What can i do??
    Sorry for my bad english...

I think maybe it is an issue with AMD gpu clock tool (what you are using right?)
