if you are in europe it is your choice to shop at AT or not depending on what you think about the matter, if you are not in europe then it doesnt freakin matter.

No big deal atm, if it's not enough I can always run a section with 1/2"... and for when the time comes to change tubing, I'll probably have a new supplier

A little explanation :

Some might be asking why I closed the thread :

I simply closed because of the personal attacks from some of you towards somebody else (scamps, in this case). Those posts have been removed.
I talked to scamps regarding this whole matter, and asked him if he had any affiliation to AT or anything similar.
He said that he didn't (I'm not going into any more details), other that he's (or was) just a customer, just like I am at AT.

I haven't been approached by AT to close this thread (like it seems to happen on others forums), and I certainly don't have any affiliations with AT, in case you were wondering.
If they have a problem with certain things being said on this forum, they'll have to talk to Fugger about it, he's the boss after all.

This doesn't mean that we will allow any more flame baits towards each other.
You all are adult enough to discuss this matter in a mature and civilized way, without bashing and insulting each other.
If, however, we get the impression that this thread will get out of control again, it will be closed (perhaps permanently).
So it's up to you, whether it stays open or not.

I hope my post clears up some things.
If you still have questions, simply drop me a PM.

thanks gabe for that hint..... and i understand the whole "seeking legal advice cant talk" thing, but cant someone official give some clues as to whats going on from any of the companies in question? ... maybe even ... god forbid ... AT actually post up an explanation of their actions?

Sorry but you are just wrong Jupiter at least in how you described your repsonse. They way you have done so is taking sides. A mod or admin could have taken a neutral approach. I meant he surely had a vipers nest set up to ambush me if I posted over there since he was total weaksauce here. Like you said, he begged for it here, he hot it, now XS admins are standing up for him.

I've been a mod here at XS for several years now and I always tried to be neutral and make a decision based on what I think is good or wrong.

Seems like people get too personally vested in this...it's business, probably very shady business at that but it's not our business it's the business of AT and all other parties whose names have been registered. I can understand people getting upset but some are really taking it too far when attacking other members of the forum.

There is such a thing as innocent until proven guilty, maybe we have forgotten and I am not defending AT but to start slandering other members of this forum over other peoples business doesn't really sit well. I think we should all take a step back and let the legal system take due process. I'm sure more facts will arise as the legal proceedings take place but until then pretty much everything that is being said is simply gossip.

The point you cleary missed is he was not just expessing doubts. If that wee the case and we jumped on him I would agree with you. The guy basically claimed we and others who brought issue up had questionable motives. Maybe the guy fooled you into thinking he is not a tool for AT but most of see that is bunk. At least I fully disclose my associations. I am not saying you are dishonest I am saying you are mischaracterizing the situation and making a mistake by taking the side of someone who is clearly a troll. Today -as far as I read the threads- I am THE ONLY ONE at forumdeluxx, who is still following this matter. Yes, I live in Germany. Perhaps you should use a road map to notice, that I am living about 150-200 km from Aquatuning. And yes, I have small insider information, just because I have more than 6000 posts in forumdeluxx and I know a lot of people there. Some of them are on AT´s side, some are clearly Feser-friendly, some doesn´t mess around with this matter at all.

So: Every German, who has a liquid cooling (and had to buy at Aquatuning in the past) is the enemy now? You played to many 18+ games in the last days maybe ...

What I will call you out on is demaning the intentions of those who stand up against what is unacceptable behavior in this case by AT.
