LOL, sorry. Btw, can I SLI using the first and third PCI-E slot? Would that impact on performance because I'm not sure if it runs 16x for both or 16x and 8x?

Now running BIOS 1406.
Is it better to just run @ 21x with Turbo off or have Turbo on @ 20x/Auto??

I just got Creative Titanium Sound Card but the real problem is where to place it.. Like I wanna place it on the second PCi E slot but the problem is for my 2 graphics cards.. One wont be able to fit due to the case design.
The Case I have is Silverstone TJ09 and powersupply bracket is blocking it and making it impossble for me to place the 2nd card there.
Can I SLI using the first and third PCI-E slot? Would that impact on performance because I'm not sure if it runs 16x for both or 16x and 8x?

Ordered this board along with 975EE, will post results once I get everything this weekend.

Only 4.2? Or are you on air with the stock chipset cooler? Because that's good if you're only using the stock chipset/mofeset heatsink and a cpu air cooler! I was worried the stock chipset/mofset cooler would get too hot (like the ASUS boards generally do when oc'ing) for stable 24/7 performance.
I'm pairing the board with these: (just hoping they arrive on the same day)
Hooking the whole loop up to a fat Feser 480 + DDC-1 T Plus with EK Restop. Hopefully will give me wicked high stable 24/7.

If you not using the tall ramzink you do it will fit without stripping the x-fi down, with something like EK:s-backplate it fits like a glove, but it is still a flaw in the design to put the NB-heatzink in the way for the PCI-e x1 slot like that even if it was meant for ASUS own "x-fi".
Smaller heatzink or better put the heatzink a bit higher up would be the solution for ASUS to fix this issue.

Just leave the graphics cards in the two blue PCIe x16 slots and stick the soundcard in the bottom white one. Any PCIe expansion card works in any PCIe slot as long as it physically fits (in your case x1 card will fit into x16 slot).
Make sure to set the PCIe lane configuration to x16/x16/x1 mode under BIOS (bottom option on the screen above) so you don't compromise your SLI performance.![]()

I finally got my BP Black Freezer AIX58NSE and MosII and MosIII from the U.S. and look as though I am ready to build this weekend. Installed the blocks last night and will snap some pics for this thread and my buildlog. I have been pretty stingy with the pics cuz of lack of high speed access, but will load some up from work.
Looks pretty awesome, but will be a plumbing gongshow with everything I have going on in my TJ-07
Pretty pumped to get this board running. I have had it since January and have not booted it yet LOL
I've done a TJ-07 build before with CPU/GPU/HDD/etc etc blocks and the 1/2" tubing definitely makes for a cramped case.
I dropped down to 3/8" to reduce some of the clutter and increase airflow just to keep things clean on the inside. Less obstruction/more airflow is always good regardless of wc'ing. I'll throw up some picks after I build this weekend.

Hay..
Thanx for all ur suggestions.. I shuld of thort of it b4.. So i wuldnt have this bit of cut on my knuckles lol. Dont worry.. The heatsinker did that.. n yes I avoid touchin the board if im bleeding lol.. Now its in the first PCI ex socket now where i didnt need to move the graphics card after all..
I was all tense out coz I wanted it to fit in so i wouldnt need to spend extra cash to do sumthing on it again coz it wont fit.. Now i dont need to get a new tower.. Phew... Thank u, u guys u been alot of help..
Oh yeah u told me to snap 4 well i snaped 5 coz its like touching the sound card so i only removed one more so the sound card wont be touched by the heat by the chipset.
:"
Just slap the sound card in the bottom pci-e slot. As it will work in any full size pci-e slot anyway, no need to cut.
Good Day
What is the best bios to use for phase and is this board still having cold boot issuses? I just ordered one and it will be here soon. Thanks.

Can someone confirm that without changing anything in the BIOS, from one boot to the other, there are variable data on RAM round trip delay?
You can check on Windows with the small program "CPU Tweaker"
With my setup (3x2 Gb OCZ Blade 2000 MHz 7-8-7) at 1600 6-6-5-18 I read sometimes 54-56-59, sometimes 53-56-60, sometimes 54-57-60 without changing anything.
In the BIOS the RAM Round Trip Delay is set on AUTO.
Anyone noted this issue?
Please check and report, thanks.
Ya, I ordered Primochill LRT 3/8" to help out with the mess. I think it will be much better, and I wont need to worry about clamping as much
Here are some pics of the mobo thus far

Thank you. The usb flash drive technique is the best way to update right? Anything else good to know before I get going or while installing? Oh, any recommendations for ram? I was going to get this. Thanks.
