AFK, WartercoolingUK has contracts with Aquatuning. And they had to list out TFC items. Thats the only reason and statement done in negative way against Feser. Rob is the Owner of Thermochill. He signed the contract with Aquatuning. He should be ashamed about this.

I would be very careful making such strong comments and conclusions if you are not 9999 % sure you got your facts right

It is known in the industry that TFC doesn't have a unspoiled reputation and distributions have been moving around of good reasons...

Your information is VERY wrong and as such I'd appreciate if you edited your post to reflect that.

We at WCUK have stopped trading with Aqutuning as a result of their back-stabbing antics and we are in correspondace with the other companies involved to ensure the correct outcome.

To say you were 99.8% sure proves your "sources" can't be all they're cracked up to be, until now we've made abosuletly zero public comments on this issue.

The Feser issue was totally un-related to this Aquatuning farse.

They (again) say that starting hate campaigns against webshops (like we all do in there eyes against them) doesn't fall under their normal business activities... So they don't admit anything, won't go into the matter and actually try to tun it all around.... ( omg give me a bowl to puke in )

Sorry, did anyone read or can really prove that the concerned companies do disagree with the procedure of Aquatuning?

The rumors are online several days, but I have not read any real confirmation, yet ...

Only a "I have heard" or "XYZ will take legal action", but no assured facts. Are you really really really sure, that Aquatuning did not act within the limits of their contracts as a (local exculsive) distributor?

I´m beginning to be in doubts ...

If (and only if) they act within their contracts the whole rumor will mutate into a (very well prepared) campaign against Aquatuning and I would really like to know, who did start it - and why
