well, in the german hardwareluxx forums an ocz employee told us of 650+mhz @ 2.0-2.2V

for those who don't speak german:
I asked him if the sticks would scale with more voltage and if you could hit 650+mhz
his answer: "Yep, they do. We have seen really nice overclocking results, 650MHz and more at 2-2.2V"

So please go ahead and test with >=2V
maybe it would help watercooling them... or try to freeze them with some ln2

I haven't been able to get mine stable at 1200. I'm good at 1150 though voltage at 1.9. I'm running my cpu at 4500Mhz (E8600) on a DFI board. Still testing but I'm thinking you're only going to see 1200+ on the regular using low cpu speed.

Damn, oh well, but at least this kit can hit 1100++ at it's price!

These are good sticks no doubt. I've only had them for 3 days so I'm hopeful that 1200 stable is possible near my current cpu speed with a bit more tinkering.

Same exact oc for my platinum LV 8500 set with the GA-EP45-UD3P and P5Q-E. Anything pass 1150 with 1.9v or less will failed memtest.

MY Blade LV 8500 is perfectly good up to 1170 with 1.9v, anymore volt doesn't do a thing.

Congrats on those that acheive 1200+ on these low voltage OCZ. Seem like my luck isn't there even after two set of them.

You know how it is for the first buyers. In this case, they aren't as first reviewed because right after the amazing results first batch buyers had, they started binning them. So even though the results are good, superior performance will be had by those who will spend stupid money on the higher binned editions. I wish OCZ success at selling these for more money.

The higher binned 9600 LVs are only about $20 more than the 8500s, not really what I would call stupid money.

Yeah, its not like the G. Skill Pis PC2 9600s which were selling for $230+ for a while on newegg. Dropping in price now though, I suspect it has something to do with incoming OCZ LV Blades.

After some high V actions stick decided not work as fast anymore.
My conclusion, don't push V so high.

    It's still 1,8V 1200 5-5-5-15 100% stable, lucky me

zsamz, I can assure you that we are all shocked and surprised.

I'm not Memtest passed past 1100, but I think it's because I'm not used to my new mobo. Still trying to figure out all the settings and how they effect my OC. I am Orthos stable at 4.1 HGHz, which I could never do on my Abit Pro.
