huh, the pie graph you posted yesterday for the daily top ten had me at 5.8%, the image has now changed to todays graph. damn it, I should have copied it to my local drive. anyway to go back to yesterdays stats graph at free dc? I'm looking now

Edit: but when I sort the team list by points yesterday in descending order I am at #20, with 9.7k. wth, maybe I was seeing things

ok, somebody please explain to the noob how the daily top 10 pie works. at the time of this post here is the daily top 10 pie at free dc stats:

Also at this time, I am at the free dc stats page for XS, and I click on the column heading for "yesterday," and presumably it sorts the team list in descending order by points for the day, correct? That would put INFRNL at #20 with 9,984, (and me at #16 with 10,895), yet INFRNL has a 5.91% slice, while the other 9 pie slices are the top 9 on the sorted list, and of course spots 10-19 aren't on the pie. Shouldn't the #10 spot have that last slice? I don't get it.

Please note: I am not trying to be disrespectful to INFRNL or anyone else on the team; everybody's efforts are recognized and appreciated. It's all for the greater good. But I would like to know how this thing works, and hopefully avoid looking like an idiot in the future. Thank you.

The key thing to remember is the pie chart image on Free-DC is for "today" so you have to filter on today for it to match the chart.

Thank you. I am overlooking the obvious again. I'll be quiet now and crunch.

Well the Asus ones do.. but only up to 138Mhz BCLK. 138 stable, 138,4 freeze, from different people with different boards and CPUs. Very strange.

And after going thru that crap with a Z7S WS you'd even consider a Asus board?
    Where's my whip?
Also 138, big deal.. so you get an additional 120mhz on a W5580
Lets see 225 BCLK or more with some top Corsair memory and then we're talking REAL power!
I keep saying it but 4500mhz for 24/7 usage isn't a dream with these systems with water and good fans on the motherboard to keep all the parts cool and at 4500 you have a machine that has immense computational power and is also to an extent futureproof as the 32nm chips are supposed to be drop in's..

Dave. Don't you think I know all that?
Just being realistic here. Intel is probably not going to do a ST 2, and even if they are, it's gonna takes ages until it hits the market, maybe in time for the Hexacores, who knows.
Until then it's no OC which is just unacceptable. Now the 138Mhz BCLK on Asus boards demonstrate that it's not impossible to OC them, just that there is some kind of obstacle left somewhere with the motherboards, possibly in the bios (which may or may not get fixed..)
I'd rather have 160 BCLK at stock volts than no OC at al. (160*22=3520Mhz=53k PPD)

Also Tyan keeps postponing their mobos.. they were supposed to hit the market months ago. The only other cheap dual lga1366 I can get around here is that freakin Assus, so if Tyan won't release their boards within the next few weeks I'll have no choice but to get a Z8NA-D6 even tho it's probably crap. Still better than having a pair of high end Gainstowns lying on the shelf.
