only 830 gpu clocks on ln2? thats not the max right marcus?
very nice! thats something really unique and faster than anything we have and will have for another 6 months if not more... very impressive...
keep in mind that once gt300 comes out, it will probably perform about the same as this dual gtx285 card and not faster... so despite the lack of dx11, this is pretty much gt300 right there

i heard the price will be 699$ more or less?
will there be watercooled versions? maybe 100 of those 1000 could be LELE with waterblocks?

EDIT: how about ocp mods? will the default gtx285 ocp mod work on these?
that would be another big plus compared to the standard 295!

i'd wager it uses the same board as standard 295, so i'd doubt it.

I wish it would have a name other than the 295, and EVGA made one...

I still have Step Up time, but you can't step from a 295, to another 295.

It really is (2) 285's in sli with more RAM. They should have picked a new number other than 295.

Awesome card, but only worth it if your gonna get 2 for quad SLI, chances are it will be more expensive then 2 separate 2gb GTX 285's :P

No real point going after this one if you have free PCI Express slots IMO, I'd rather buy 2x 285. Easier to cool those for sure. And probably cheaper...

the only practical reason for this card is for some crazy sckt 775 performance on an intel chipset board

This is a Quadro FX Card with a desktop bios pretty much.

I would still want to see how this does against 2GB cards in games with large textures.
