I think I5 will be allot of fun, but if you buy it, you buy something that's less than an older Intel platform. When lots of us guys bought Conroe, we where happy with fast cpu's. The guys who had some more patience, where able to buy Kentsfield afer 10 months (?) after the Conroe release?
I don't want to buy something old lol. And how much future proof is I5 anyway?
If S1136 will be another socket 754, I'm not interested.
