Alright so just an update on what I'm going to be doing with this rig. I know it's slow going but it'll be worth it.

So since my plan was to upgrade the CPU and RAM I figured I mine as well spend the little extra $ and go I7 since the only other thing I'll need to get is a mobo (which will be here next week).

So I've been juggling the idea of going with some SSD's for a while now and I've seen some cool ideas where you can fit 8-12 of them in two 5.25 bays (which is all I have really to work with) so here's what I think I'm going to do. I'm going to build a 5.25x2 bay to 10 2.5" HDD bay so that I can do SSDs and/or 2.5" laptop drives (which are getting really cheap now and are SO much smaller than normal drives). That will not only allow many drives to be in one small space but that allows me to rebuild that black divider so that it goes all the way up to the bottom of the optical drive making it look much cleaner and allowing me to go with the larger EK 150's like I originally wanted to do.

I should be getting money coming in this week so I can start getting this project rolling again
