WOW, thanks a million. Well tried AHCI again now (as I didn't notice much difference first time I tried months ago) but all problems are gone with AHCI. I know some sites say its a small bit slower, but some also say its faster... In my case i can now transfer from optical drive and access hdd's all at once and no stuttering or weirdness like with IDE.Originally Posted by dejanh

Simply opened .reg file from that site you gave me and installed latest beta intel matrix drivers for Win 7 from http://www.techspot.com/drivers/driv...rmation/11963/
A few reboots later and everything working fine as far as I can tell. Thanks again.
