    Arrow Q9550 + Asus P5Q-E @ 506 FSB any suggestions?

    here the times everything runs OK, sometimes hangs,
    wheel beauty with the times 500,501,502 and the same configuration as often hangs



    anyone have any suggestions? I would 506 stable

    Nice result, I don't think you can expect much more fsb with a quadcore.

    I think the P5Q-E has to be in the same 500 FSB
    I can not get 506 stable

    I will see if a compromise U3DP, being the champion with the Q9550

    Is that PL 13 required for stability ? Did you try to get lower there ? I would test CPU alone first via Prime Small FFT, then work on the NB settings via Blend...

    with this clock can use PL10
    do the test here with Prime95

    how long do you think proper to leave running the Small FFT?

    raise VTT or in your case it's called VFSB. if there's more fsb to be had that's where it will come from.
    Or just get UD3P. At least their early boards had very well binned P45 chips and i hate ASUS boards in general with the exception of RE.

    Thanks for the tip, but increased the vFSB unsuccessfully
