That is one sweet looking block. love the leds!
Nice job there. I like leds also. I m air cooled atm. Dont make me buy a block plz. Btw nice gpu temps u have there but arent vrm temps a little out of control?

Furmark totally hammers the card... I dont get anywhere near those temps gaming or running vantage. I think its probably too much for a stability test.
Im running some tests on my air cooled 295 at the moment and have noticed the same +5 degrees on the second gpu... are you getting this with yours?
Great !! very nice with your leds.
Very nice pictures! I've got a pair of GTX295 with EK water blocks, series connected. Maybe I'm lucky, but my temps always seem to be within 2 degC of each other under load, while folding.
Sorry, pictures taken on mobile phone and are a little fuzzy.
GPU's 0-3 are water cooled, 4-7 air cooled. All cores folding.Code:Fri May 15 18:18:30 BST 2009 Attribute 'GPUCoreTemp' (c7super:0[gpu:0]): 51. Attribute 'GPUCoreTemp' (c7super:0[gpu:1]): 53. Something like 60K+ PPD from this rig. 8 GPU2 clients and 2 SMP clients. CPU is D0 stepping i7 920 o/c'd to 3.8GHz, HT enabled. More is possible but the ASrock Supercomputer board does not allow 'fine' voltage adjustments and I needed to bump considerably to get 4GHz stable. I'm happy with a very stable 3.8GHz for a 24/7 folding rig.
I've got 6 of them folding. Had a problem with EUE's on one of them. That card RMA'd, replaced, and no problems since.
I probably am lucky, then! You've got to expect a few degrees variation. I've seen 8 deg or so on 9800GX2's in the past. So far, my GTX295's have been very consistent between cores, water or air cooled.

And just for reference, (and not really relevant in a Water Cooling forum, but what the heck) .......
A snapshot of temps, my 2 other Zotac GTX295 cards, air cooled, and folding in another rig.
These are currently showing a 1 degC difference between cores on the 'same' card.Code:Sun May 17 17:51:12 BST 2009 Attribute 'GPUCoreTemp' (c7p6t:0[gpu:0]): 82. Attribute 'GPUCoreTemp' (c7p6t:0[gpu:1]): 83. Attribute 'GPUCoreTemp' (c7p6t:0[gpu:2]): 80. Attribute 'GPUCoreTemp' (c7p6t:0[gpu:3]): 79.

Stupid question time, b@llz0r. Your blocks are the same as mine - just nickel plated instead of 'bare' copper?
Looks like nickel plated.
nice step-by-step pics
