UnOfficial Asus Rampage II Extreme Thread

i using a D0 stepping and in comparison to my previous C0 the voltages required for a 4.0ghz overclock was significantly lower.
4.2ghz required only 1.25v Prime stable and runs on x21 multiplier all day.

Passed intel burn test successfully on x21 (sometimes it does fluctuates between 20-21)
but once i increased bclk to 210 x21 multi turbo Mode enabled (4.4ghz), HT enabled
run 8 instances of Prime95 the multiplier refuses to go x21 it stays on x20.

Tried changing BIOS settings of CPU Ratio to both Auto or x21 still the same

All power saving features in the BIOS has been disabled

BIOS Version 1306
temps on load are: 76-74-75-71

Any ideas?
