[12:38] Naekuh: i love watching u get the firing squad on XS
this BP blocks are sweet.. makes the classified board looks more sexy![]()
Too bad the classified mossfet BP block is still just acetal top
http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/biblfrmoseii.html
I'd rather they were both acetal or both nickel top. ...really, I'd rather they were both acetal tops and less expensive.
Material cost, I don't see why it is $170. All copper or not (actually the top is brass), many all copper video cards out there that use more copper and cost less. Maybe the added complexity of manufacturing the block to also have the LED module light show and the black nickel finish. Oh well, not in a rush, will wait and see what other options presents itslef for the Classified and if BP will make a new top for the mossfet block to match the NB/SB block or other way around or both.
Just got my bits mosfet and NB/SB today! Yea the black nickel finish really look superb, much better than all the previous freezer blocks! Good job Vincent =D
now for the price to drop about 100$ before I'd buy it![]()
Anyways, back on topic....
These blocks look sick
Testing will be coming up pretty soon.
Sorry if my post caused a derail. Anyways, BP and Koolance both make sweet blocks. We, as consumers, win. Anyone should be proud to have this block
"Thing is, I no longer consider you a member but, rather a parasite...one that should be expunged."
too bad the mosfet block isn't also nickel would look a lot better imo
I am in doubt between the bitspower and koolance blocks for the chipset.
Going to get the bitspower mosfet block without a doubt.
I realy like the bitspower but the koolance seems to have a bit larger water coverage area over the south bridge area.
That and the price difference.
Anyway looking forward to the internal shots of the bitspower.
