This is section only for bench....please.

The problem depend only of your CPU, each CPU is unique in this fact, depend on VTT/VQpi circuit termination every signals are terminated on core of your CPU, when you give cool with LN2 you modify its impedence. Higher QPI bus frequencies are very demanding of optimal signal line layout and power ability, this great ability are typically on EVGA and DFI and bloodrage, Asus has big problem on this fact and requires more VTT/Vqpi voltage respect this mainboard.

With this Mainboard is possible break the fsb wall on new steep D0, you must use a good mousepot a lot lot of LN2 one good 920D0, possibily bacth 3847A891 or 3850A796 or other, with evga utility, IOH over 1,35V for QPI bus, VTT Over 1,45V for block UNcore L3 and VTT........pciexp over 110.

And good look you have the possibility to Win a new WR with this Mainboard....

    Hi Andre,

I have not tried yet, but willdo today and then 920 later. Around 229 it gets very sensitive to voltage vs temp..

Yeah duing 06 test never lower than -108 on evap. Wprime around -106.4 for 5.2Ghz+..

    here's my VID table (temp -111 ~ -108)

for the 06 CPU test stable pass (Vdroop enabled) vs BCLK on 23X

Vidmax= max CPU voltage at this temp range

    regards
    Raja

I usually take the time to work out peak load voltage and keep it on, never had an issue.

VID is Voltage ID for CPU Vcore in that table.

    A couple more runs tonight..
