Haven't noticed much specifically as i don't play with 3d benchies much these days compared to in the past - but 3dmark06 definitely a big boost for me. Vantage i couldn't get to run at all on Vista SP2 64bit due to drivers for some reason so didn't compare much at all. I just so glad i can bench vantage now without problems!!!! YAY

Yeap you're right3DMark06 works great with XP when on single card and Windows 7 when on multi-card setups.
To hell with Vista ... they are only for PCMark05

hello great scores i have 2x HIS 4870x2 in single i can run 3dm06 at 839/965 whitout overvolt whit stock cooling ... i had problems for overclock the x2 until today ... i find out rivatuner 2.24 works whit catalyst 8.12 but i dont know if it works also whit 9.4 or 9.5 why i just burnt the rampage x today under phase ( hope is not the cpu qx9650 )
i see you use a catalyst control center that allows you to overclock the gpu over 800mhz ... until 900mhz !!!! i dont know where to get it .... it works for both 4870x2 when in cf ?!

Both my 4870x2 as listed in first post specs list are flashed to Asus 4870x2 TOP bios which maxes at 900mhz GPU in CCC for single and crossfire usage. Only downside is GPUZ won't show correct overclocked gpu/mem settings after flashing http://i4memory.com/f18/hd4870x2-cro...op-bios-11471/

i have another question ... your OS in the bench is windows 7 ultimate right ?! is it the RC version or what ....?!do you had to install some fix files ?! i m skeptish about win7 ... it sims to work good on your system just the 3dm03 dont work ....in win vista it also dont works 3dm03 ?!why win7 and not vista 64 ?!better performance ?!
