Hey hazzan! Thanks for sharing! Are you able to test higher VGA clocks with the CPU still~ 4.2GHz so we can see how and where the bottlenecks kick in as well as with higher CPU??

I guess ATI's statements about HD4770 supporting dual card only was a lie.
Truth is, 2*HD4770s is already a computing power overkill if you only have 512MB. Add a third one and you'll have a setup that will probably fall behind a single HD4890 in high resolutions + filters.
So ATI probably doesn't want people trying to Crossfire more than two HD4770s, because of memory limitations.
With the Hydra approach this should reach 2*GTX285 performance at $300, and that's really cool.

    Great to know, though.

How high does the CCC allow you to clock these 4770's Hazzan ?
Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved

Remark : They call me Pro Asus Saaya yupp, I agree

I cant believe how close those scores for 2 4770s come to mine, and how the tri crossfires beat me =D.

I really should have waited a month longer for these cards, a lot cheaper and hardly any difference to the 4800s when overclocked.

    They are powerfull those HD4770!!!

    http://www.hwbot.org/result.do?resultId=880242

look at the Gpuscore you have to hit the right voltage to the core the it kicks ass at 1000mhz+ gpu more to come..
this run is done on stock air at 100%
