Cool thanks! I'll make sure to order these asap, hopefully they'll come to sweden

Are you noticing any better overclocks with the blade heatspreader apposed to the platinum?

OMG!!! That's some wicked DDR2!!! But why those high heaspreaders?? Will the go under my Xigmatek??
Adobe is working on Flash Player support for 64-bit platforms as part of our ongoing commitment to the cross-platform compatibility of Flash Player. We expect to provide native support for 64-bit platforms in an upcoming release of Flash Player following the release of Flash Player 10.1.

On a side note 1000cas4 unganged is proving an issue for me...i will plug away at it.

You know guys I have been testing other SB600 boards with these new blade dimms and 955, and NOTHING is as good as this old DFI board, if you want a killer board to clock 955 with DDr2 you will not go wrong with this board or the Sapphire rebrand...I am really shocked at how far ahead of the competition this board is even though its old.

    8GB 1200 here we go

Never thought I would do this...ended up quite easy to do

CPU-NB voltage was key..1.3V for this.

Not sure the DFI is as good as you say Tony, sorry to doubt you but here are the Blades on my Asus M4A79 deluxe:

It only required very little tweaking the skew values.

Note that this is at the stock 1.8V.

I will shoot for DDR1200 at 1.8V but not too sure it will happen, i only got the sticks this afternoon so i need to learn them some more.

    So far i like them.

This ram is nothing short of amazing!!

    fricken awesome man...outstanding

1.8V 1200MHZ...what you needed was sub 1.8V options as i bet they would do that speed with less

Regards the DFI i am adding in 955 clocking as well, i am able to reach some wicked clocks with it and the memory controller clock very easily...

1.8V was the lowest i could select in bios, lol!

I have to agree the DFI clocks your 955 very well, wish my 940 would do 4GHz like yours stable.

I will try to find max clocks for cas 4 tomorrow, cas 5 results look promising.

Oh, forgot to tell, the ram looks as awesome as it performs, very nice solid heatspreaders that are actually screwed on instead of stuck with adhesive thermal tape and the ram has a beautifull black pcb instead of an ugly green one.

    Very tasty! Good job OCZ.

1.8V will be around 1.86V maybe higher on the asus if you measure it...so we may be using around the same amount of juice.

Still you equaled me easily which is what i needed to see...see how they do cas6...the DFI ran out around 1250 but this may be SB600 related.

Awesome, thanks sir. Look forward to doing a short review for Xcpus.com Not much to get excited about with regards to DDR2 these days but lots of people still like good "bang for your buck" E8400 + 4GB type rigs that would love some low voltage DDR2 @ 1200Mhz and a high FSB

Same here zsamz_, alternate.de has them in stock already... I'm so tempted Tony...

Awesome low voltage action, and I always thought DDR2 needed >2.3V to run properly...
