You are right because a lot of guys can play here without super extreme hardware trying to get a good experience of tweaking.

My first run on ATI for Low clock challange This is quick test and not many time at last weekend. My lobby scores are very poor , I will working on it If I get 500fps LH and 1110fps LL I run over 90.4k

1180mhz/1289mhz at Nature and 1230mhz/1305mhz at all test HD4890 on LN2 -110C shows Riva tuner

    Great score there neighboor!!!
If that's of any help in order to push your lobby's higher you have either to change the order-They are definately not in the first three and especially lobby high(oops enough said here!!!)-or run mem 1800@6-5-5-15 pl8 as my backup is(I'm on fire man...) I hope i helped...and of course i hope hipro5 doesn't bump us all with a score of 90800-90900(cause that's where a lucky run with 8600-4870 can go,and George is very lucky-respect hipro)

pretty sure that RAM is running at 900....that ratio is bugged

And something else. I think that the bugged ratio is with strap 400 and not 200.

    Yes.
    That is correct.
The bugged ratio is on the 400 Strap.
With the 200 Strap, the memory runs at DDR3-2000 like the BIOS indicates.

i assumed you ran 400 strap sorry

    well isnt that crazy

    200 strap > 600MHz FSB
it also makes sense to be able to run RAM that high

lovely board and RAM you have

i'm LOVING the GPU RAM clocks on that 4890.....that is just amazing stuff there

    look at that CH

what's up with all the greyed out fields in GPUz?

If my board can do 600MHz FSB, 200 Strap, DDR3-2000 7-6-5-18, PL8 @ 1.80Vnb, then yours can do it too, and at 1.70 to 1.75Vnb more than likely

I heard something yesterday that made me not want to compete anymore in this.Just a thought i think the winners sould at least have the dignity to send vince a video of their run (not only of the screen but the whole system as well...)to verify the authenticity of it.I'm not implying that somebody cheated to be clear... that's just a thought...

well it's understood that we do have to *trust* each other here

recording 3dmark01 runs is not practical as getting a perfect run can take a while............

btw if you cheat and win............vince will know and he'll send his pooch inside the pot container to kick your arse

Crusty, so what ? Video of the run ? Now, what exactly is this supposed to show/demonstrate; the overclocker choosing game tests pressing run or changing LoD values depending on the test being benched ? How do you know that a specific program is not running @ background ... ?

Overclocking Community is strictly based on honor and loyalty of all members. I'm sorry mate, but the moment these two are lost, there is no particular reason to motivate us all and make us continue benching. Let's also not forget the fun that's involved in the whole "game".

I'm watercooling the NorthBridge on this board.
On my first second Rampage Extreme I could do that on air ( just the stock Asus NB heatsink + a Delta fan over it ).
This specific mobo doesn't like running over 45C NorthBridge temp when the FSB is higher than 575MHz and with tight Performance Level ( anything under 11 lol ).

Cheat a 2k1 competition organized by Vince, with people like hipro5 and a lot of very experienced 2k1 tweakers watching. I'd like to see the guy trying this and getting away with it
