BTW I know what your looking for and your answer is samsung or elpida hyper 
seems the PH II doesn't care for d9 to much in ddr III variants.
ddr II it works fine with d9 up to 1200 so far, I'm struggling with a few 1800 kit of corsairs just for 1700 speeds 32m stable, oddly I had over 1800 memtest stable ( the 3.1 dominators aka the good ones )
