Basically Larry Ellison thinks Clouds are marketing hogwash.

Of course, Larry doesn't may not care...

- if his database is being hit by a million clients or a server a million times (any app)
- if the client app accessing the database had to be written 20 times for 20 clients rather than once for every client (*oogle Maps)
- if the client had to synchronize with his database 50 times in 3 hours (email app)
- if the client had to run a proprietary database and synchronize with a different proprietary database 50 times in 3 hours (email app and enterprise archive)

I almost believed him...
