A minimum post count would keep alot of the nubs who don't pay attention out, but unfortunately it would create a problem for legitimate posts from users who just joined the forum to post their relevant results. Adding a screen with the message "Is your benchmark result really Xtreme? If not, please find the correct section for your thread" and a continue button on the bottom would perhaps help a bit.
