EvoCarlos I can see you are very mechanically inclined, your work and construction ideas are great.............But your mom didn't teach you to pick up after yourself, did she ??? LOL I don't know how you find your tools.

You need a full time helper to clean up.

and here it is up to now
so ive put 2.4m of 0.8mm captube on the exspation tank as thats all i had left but i rapped it round the exspantion tank and put srink tube over the top lol
you can see the tank feed is brazed in at the suction conection

fitted the hi pressure cut off at the back out of the way and piped it all in

then the suction line and evap lagged and taped

    captube 2.6m of 0.8mm

some heat and vac'ing and purging

got a new elec box today for £5 its got no rubbers on it like the last one and fit's in the spot better
also see the blue cable in the background this will be the new wiring for comps and solanoid problly

    3 caps for 1st 2nd and fan

ahhhh dont they look sweet lol
i mean Dont they look MEAN MO fo's!!!!

its under 100psi presure test as it took 20mins to get 100psi in thru the cap tube so thats all its having lol
will do some more tomorow charging and testing
    thanks for looking

Nice job. What discharge pressures are you running on the 1st and 2nd stages? Can't make it out on the gauges.

did most of the finishing up today
i found out the fan blade that i bought a while back was a anticlockwize fan and the motor runs clockwize so it was pushing the air out of the case (not blowing on the comps)i try'd to run the motor in reivese but it just overheated so rich picked me up a new clockwize fan blade and boy it works well now

and 2nd stage is floped need to swap the comp for another one i think is just got to hot and caused some damage not sure on the oil content of the comp but it dont sound healty

    anywho

doublebarrel wiring 1st and 2nd stage caps and fan cap with all switches wired in a nice little package all tested and working i have got to swap 2 wires on the back of the switchs as the 2nd stage can be started on its own atm so need to make it so it will only start after the 1st is on

nice little blue plug from maplins i have got 4m of blue 3 core 20a cable to to match the plug
20a twist lock 3pin mains plug its great

also made a bracket to hold the suction line safe and put the lid on to make sure it all fits

i´ve bought a 8 pin speakon plug but with 30€ they are realy expensive
so for power suply i would use a normal connector (the one we know from computer power supplys)

well, maybe i should also switch to the speakon plug for the power

Very nice wiring it can be such a pain to try and fit all the wiring into cramped boxes like that. Well done!!

    yeah you´re right.
i thougt they are both called speakon. but the speakon are for use in the hifi segment and the power-con are used for power.

the power-con is a very good looking idea.

    thanks for the pdf
